These terms and conditions apply to enquiries and bookings made with Goa Tours Package ("we", "us", "our"), Main Calangute Beach Road, Calangute, North Goa 403516, and to your use of this website. By requesting a quote or confirming a booking you agree to them. Please read them together with the written quote and booking confirmation we send you; where the two differ, your booking confirmation takes priority.

1. Enquiries and quotes

Itineraries and descriptions on this website are indicative. A quote is prepared for your dates, group size and choice of hotel, and is valid for the period stated in it. Hotel rooms, vehicles and activities are subject to availability until your booking is confirmed.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once we have received the advance payment stated in your quote and have sent you a written confirmation. The balance is payable by the date shown in the confirmation. If the balance is not received on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.

3. Prices

Prices depend on travel dates, hotel category, room type, number of travellers and season. Unless your quote says otherwise, prices are per person on a twin or double sharing basis and do not include airfare, train tickets, meals other than those listed, entry tickets, personal expenses or taxes. Hotels may levy compulsory supplements on dates such as Christmas and New Year; these are shown in your quote where they apply.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, please inform us in writing by e-mail or WhatsApp as early as possible. Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on the policies of the hotels and suppliers reserved for you. The charges that apply to your trip are stated in your booking confirmation. Bookings for peak dates and special offers may be non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

5. Changes requested by you

We will do our best to accommodate changes to dates, hotels or the itinerary after confirmation. Changes are subject to availability and any difference in cost, including charges made by hotels or suppliers, is payable by you.

6. Changes and cancellations by us

Occasionally we may need to change a hotel, vehicle, activity or the order of sightseeing for reasons outside our control, such as weather, sea conditions, road closures, strikes, government orders or supplier failure. In such cases we will offer an alternative of a similar standard wherever possible. We are not liable for costs arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Hotels

Check-in and check-out times are set by each hotel. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable. Every guest must carry valid government-issued photo identification, as required by hotels in Goa. Room allocation and the facilities provided are the responsibility of the hotel.

8. Transfers and sightseeing

Vehicles are provided for the transfers and sightseeing listed in your itinerary and are not at your disposal outside those services unless agreed. Sightseeing depends on opening days and timings, traffic and weather. No refund is due for sightseeing missed because of delays caused by the traveller.

9. Activities and safety

Water sports, scuba diving, boat trips and jeep safaris are operated by independent local operators and are subject to weather, sea conditions, season and the operator's safety rules, including age, weight and health restrictions. Many sea-based activities do not operate during the monsoon. You take part in activities at your own risk and must follow the operator's instructions.

10. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your travel to and from Goa, for carrying valid identification and travel documents, for your personal belongings and for complying with local laws. We may withdraw services, without refund, from anyone whose behaviour endangers others or damages property.

11. Liability

We act as an organiser and arrange services provided by independent hotels, transport companies and activity operators. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or expense caused by the acts or omissions of those providers or by events outside our control. We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance.

12. Website content

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but itineraries, inclusions and other details may change without notice. Illustrations and images are for representation only. Website content may not be copied or reused without our permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
